Buildery publishes editorial reviews and comparisons of construction software. Our reviews reflect the opinions and findings of our editorial team based on hands-on testing. They are not professional advice. Always evaluate a tool against your own business needs before committing.
Affiliate and sponsorship disclosure
Many links on the site are affiliate links. If you sign up to a tool via these links, the vendor pays us a referral fee. Your price is unchanged. Featured listings are clearly labelled "Sponsored." See our methodology for the full editorial wall.
Your obligations
- Don't try to break, scrape at scale, or harm the site or its users
- Don't submit false information through our forms
- Don't claim our reviews or content as your own
Intellectual property
All content on Buildery — reviews, comparisons, methodology, original photography, brand assets — is the property of the operator of Buildery, except where attributed otherwise. Quoting our reviews with attribution and a link is encouraged. Republishing without attribution is not.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided "as is." We don't guarantee that any tool we review will work for your specific business, or that the information on this site is error-free. We update reviews as products change, but software moves fast and we may not catch every change instantly.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Buildery's liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim. For most users that amount is $0 because the directory and newsletter are free.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Disputes will be heard in New Zealand courts.

We may update these terms occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
